Next up was the breakfast smoothie. I was a little concerned about how the flaxseeds would taste. It tasted ok because the flaxseeds gave it a little nutty-oatmeal taste. It was a bit thick so I was able to sip on it slowly. It did keep me full for a few hours.
A few hours later I made a big salad and drank a big cup of water. In my salad I had lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, and a sprinkle of cashews. I also made my own dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little bit of minced garlic, a sprinkle of oregano and black pepper.
During the day I snacked on some veggies like carrots sticks and some nuts. I also ate my daily Greek yogurt and some pickles. For dinner I was in a rush so couldn't think of something better so it was baked chicken breast, brown rice and some veggies. Didn't enjoy the meal too much. The veggies had corn in it which I wasn't supposed to have but I didn't have time to pick them out. Overall I felt fine and didn't feel hungry at all. The only complaint I have is that I crave something sweet. Finishing the night with a detox bath, then the other half of my multi-vitamin and a green tea.
