Weigh In: I loss 5.1 pounds bringing my total to 50.8 pounds loss. I did it! I lost 50 pounds. It feels really good and it is amazing how good my body feels. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and my doctor was so pleased with my weight loss. My blood pressure was finally on point so we didn't have to talk about any blood pressure medications!
Nutrition: I did OK with my eating last week and sought out healthy options when I ate out. I ate tons of fruits and vegetables and even craved salads all week. I tried doing the Joe Cross’ 3-Day Weekend Juice Cleanse but got really sick the first day and had to stop.
Exercise: I didn't make it to the gym this week but I did tons of walking. My sister is in town so instead of spending the time at the gym I walked a lot with her. I also took my daughter to the park and sprinklers a lot this week and ran around with her. I also hit my goal on my FitBit Flex almost every day of the week so I know I was getting enough activity in. I am having a hard time just doing my strength training. I schedule it but just keep putting it off. I might have to get a strength training DVD to hopefully motivate me.
Last Weeks Goals:
- Go to the gym at least 3 times + a long walk (or exercise video)
- Intermediate Resistance Band workout 3 times
- Restart Plank Challenge
- Complete Joe Cross’ 3-Day Weekend Juice Cleanse
- Go to the gym at least 3 times + a long walk (or exercise video)
- Intermediate Resistance Band workout 3 times
- Restart Plank Challenge
- Start Skinny Jane Diet

ReplyDeleteWow, brilliant results. I need to lose about 50 lbs, so this gives me an idea of how long it'll take. I love my fitbit one, but struggle (with an office job) to do anywhere near 10000 steps, even if I walk at lunchtimes.
