Pampers Baby Got Moves Compilation Video and Party!

This review was made possible by Double Duty Divas and Pampers. I was provided the featured product free of charge to facilitate my review, but all opinions are 100% mine.

Last Month I introduced the Baby Got Moves Campaign where Pampers is helping keep babies happy by keeping them dry. Their diapers are so absorbent that they keep babies dry and happy even over night

During the campaign parents were able to upload videos or photos of their happy dancing babies to Instagram, Twitter and Facebook using hashtag #BabyGotMoves. Some of the videos had a chance to be included in the compilation video below created by Pampers.

Pampers #BabyGotMoves Campaign and Giveaway!

As a first time mom I have always followed the rule that a dry baby is a happy baby. I have always loved using Pampers diapers especially overnight because they keep my daughter super dry. Don't you just love when babies wake up with a smile on their face instead of with a cranky little face?

Pampers is helping keep babies happy with their #BabyGotMoves campaign by keeping them dry. Parents can upload videos or photos of their happy dancing babies to Instagram, Twitter and Facebook using hashtag #BabyGotMoves. The uploaded videos have a chance to appear in a shareable compilation video created by Pampers.

My daughter loves dancing and will go around and around every time she hears her favorite song "Happy" by Pharrell Williams. I think I might have to put her in ballet classes really soon!

A First Time Mom Tackling Potty Training and Giveaway!

This review was made possible by Double Duty Divas and Pampers. I was provided the featured product free of charge to facilitate my review, but all opinions are 100% mine.

So I have been putting off potty training my daughter for some time now because the task just seems so daunting. I have been pinning tips from Pinterest like crazy and finally am ready to tackle the task at hand.

Step One: Getting the supplies needed.
  • Potty Chair that is easy and comfortable to sit on.
  • Pampers Easy Ups
  • Potty Chart
  • Potty App with Timer
  • Lots of entertainment!
  • Prizes
Step Two: Introducing the Potty Chair. I purchased the potty chair a few weeks ago and placed it in the bathroom. When my daughter goes to the bathroom with me I tell her that's your potty so you can pee pee and poop. I showed her how to sit on it. First I started with just her sitting on it unopened and with clothes on. Then she sat on it opened with clothes on. For the past few days I had her sit down before she takes a bath with no clothes on.

Step Three: Bring Out the Pampers Easy Ups! I explained to my daughter that these are big girl diapers and that they are made to make it easy to go potty. I showed her how easy it is to pull them down whenever she has to go potty. I chose Easy Ups because they have incredible leak protection even overnight and while we are out during summer time. Easy Ups absorbent core also holds 25% more than the other leading training pants so that means fewer leaks! I also love that they look more like underwear and have cute graphics like Dora which my daughter loves!

Step Four: Set Your Timer. I use the Pull Ups App and set a 45 minute timer. We just scan one of our pull ups with my smartphone and get to celebrate every potty break! We have books, coloring books, crayons and little toys right by the potty so she can entertain herself while she sits on the potty to wait and go.

Step Five: Celebrate! Every time my daughter goes potty we are going to put a sticker on her potty chart. I also have little dollar toys that I will give her at the end of the day and congratulate her on a great potty day!

Seventh Generation Free and Clear Diapers and Wipes

I was provided with the following products in exchange for an honest review.

The Seventh Generation Free and Clear Diapers have premium absorbency and are sung and comfortable around baby's legs and waist. They have re-sealable tabs that are flexible to make the diaper super secure. The best part of the diapers are that they are chlorine-free and unbleached. They contain absolutely no fragrances, inks, petroleum-based lotions or chlorine processing. They are also hypoallergenic.

Seventh Generation Diapers are now FSC® Certified in the United States. FSC® Standards are top notch and independent. They encourage a healthy forest grown and do not allow the harvest of rare old-growth forests. They also prohibit highly hazardous chemicals from use.

When I first got the diapers out of the packaging I quickly thought that they were too small and wouldn't fit. I decided to try them on my daughter and were very pleased. They somehow seemed to really hug her legs and waist. The diapers are super soft and and it was nice to not to have any kind of fragrance. The tabs are super stretchy and adjustable so it makes it easy to make the diapers nice and snug.

It takes a little getting used to when you see the unbleached color of the diaper with no designs. I also noticed that it didn't hold as much as other diapers so I had a few leakage problems. They are also a bit more expensive than the other name brands. However it does gives me piece of mind that they are free and clear and free from unnecessary chemicals, fragrances and dyes.

The wipes are whitened without chlorine, and work gently with plant-derived ingredients. They are also Hypoallergenic with a soft & gentle formula. The baby wipes are free of chlorine processing are made without dyes, alcohol or fragrance.
