Weight: I lost 0 pounds for a total loss of 53.2 pounds. After two gains in a row I am OK with seeing a zero instead of a gain.
Nutrition: I ate out a lot again due to a busy week. I made sure to choose some healthy options. I went to Chipotle's a few times and had the burrito bowl. It was so big that I split it during the day and even had left overs the next day.
Exercise: On Tuesday I smashed my foot with the storm door at my house so all week I was nursing an injured foot. After a day of rest and icing it down I was able to wear some flip flops so I at least got some walks in. I took my daughter to a couple of events so I was pretty active. I have major brusing on the top of my foot so I was unable to put my sneakers on.

ReplyDeleteCongrats on your success so far! I've also been working on losing weight and toning up.
ReplyDeleteThe fact that you lost a total of 50+ kg is great. Very great, so don't get disappointed if you didn't lost a pound or kilo in a row. You're still doing great and seeing zero gain is also an achievement.
ReplyDeleteYou have been doing great and you know there is always going to be up, downs, and in between. Keep up the good work and don't through in the towel. I hope your foot is doing better.
ReplyDelete53 lbs is great! Keep it up!!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the hard work, you're making amazing progress!
ReplyDeleteEek not sure if my comment went through or not. You should be really proud of yourself despite the glitch. Levelling it out to a 0 instead of a gain is a huge step - give yourself credit for that.
ReplyDeleteYou're doing a great job! Don't worry about not loosing here and there. Heck don't even worry about a gain here and there. As long as you stay on a steady downward trend, you're golden.
ReplyDeleteCograts on loosing weight, it can be so hard sometimes. this is something that i need to start doing, getting my motivation up instead of down, and eating the right things, every time i see a story about someone loosing weight it gives me butterfly's, if others can so can i.

ReplyDeleteThat's too bad that you hurt your foot! I know how that can be. :( Losing nothing for a week is definitely always better than gaining!

ReplyDeleteI love your persistence. Slamming your foot in a door is never fun. Next to slamming fingers in a door the foot is the worst!!!! Glad you could move around and at least get in a walk the next day.
