Two Weeks on the Atkins 40 + Atkins Frozen Meals

It has been two weeks on the Atkins 40 plan and I am still going strong! I really enjoy the foods that I can eat so it doesn't even feel like I am on a diet. I really love my eggs and bacon in the morning and salads and lean protein in the afternoon. This week I lost 3.6 pounds for a total of 7 pounds lost on the Atkins plan.

Things are even easier with the Atkins Frozen Meals. They have dozens of different varieties including breakfast items, entrees and even pizza! Yes you can eat pizza on the Atkins 40 plan! They are made with the best ingredients like freshly picked vegetables, real rich creams and sauces, and premium meats without any fillers. They also taste really good and have enough richness in them to keep you satisfied until you next meal.

I received frozen meals to try and I really loved all of them. The breakfast sandwich is so good and flavorful. I had such a craving for a breakfast sandwich with an English muffin so this was perfect! You just wrap it in a paper towel and microwave it for 90 seconds.

The Pizza is my favorite! With the cooking tray that comes with it you get a nice crusty pizza cooked easily and quickly in the microwave.

During the week when I didn't have time to cook dinner I popped in one of the entrees and ate it with a simple salad.

The only thing I have been craving is chocolate! Atkins has you covered too with bars, endulgence candy and shakes. Stay tuned for my review on these products next week! 1. I like to have a little English muffin sandwich in the mornings. I have a sandwich maker and I make great use out of it.
