How I am Confidently Bringing Up my Exercise Game!

When I went to the doctor to make sure everything was in working order before I tried conceiving my daughter I was told to lose weight. I was very determined and lost 70 pounds to be healthier and to have a healthy pregnancy. Losing 70 pounds didn't come easy and I had to eat right but most of all exercise like crazy. It started with walks, then joining a gym and then attending classes like Zumba. I had a healthy pregnancy and my beautiful daughter will be 3 years old in a few days!

There are things that are never talked about when you are pregnant and after giving birth. After I gave birth my body felt a lot different and I noticed that I had to go to the bathroom more often. Then I experienced slight bladder leakage. Did you know that 51 million women go through bladder leakage? Now that we are thinking about baby #2 it's time for me to bump up my exercise, but with my older and changed body I need some confidence and protection so I decided to try the Depend Silhouette Active Fit.

The Depend Silhouette Active Fit briefs are made for adults of all ages because is it not like a bulky diaper but a thin comfortable solution that looks and feels like regular briefs. Since it has a lower rise and made of fabric like material I know I can wear them discreetly. I also love that they come in black and beige which is what I typically wear anyway.

Depend is entering year two of Underwareness which is a social movement and charitable cause to break down the bladder leakage stigma. As part of the campaign, the Depend brand will donate $1, up to $3 million, through 2016 to fund charities that educate and research bladder leakage.

Head on over to the Depend website to try a sample by clicking on the "Get a Sample" button. Then pick which one you want to sample and it gets mailed right to you.
