Super Easy Nutty Fruit and Yogurt Parfait #Recipe


Berries and plain yogurt are my favorite things to snack on. Though I love to eat just plain Greek fat-free yogurt by the spoonfuls I decided to jazz it up a little.

  • 6oz container of plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 tblsp crushed macadamia nuts
  1. Mix agave nectar into yogurt.
  2. Place fruit into serving bowl and top with yogurt. 
  3. Sprinkle nuts on top and enjoy!

  10. We do this too! Except I use honey, not agave. Sometimes I mix in oatmeal too, just to get some complex carbs.
