How I Stay Comfortable and Wireless while I Exercise

**I received the product below free for my review. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be a good fit for my readers. All opinions are 100% my own.

There is nothing like listening to a good playlist when you exercise. There are just those certain songs that make you move faster and harder. I set my music playlists with slower music in the beginning to warm up and more intense and fast music as I go along. Then the last few songs are slower to cool down. I have been heading to the gym again and like I have said many times I like to go in and out. I don't carry much with me because I don't want to go to the locker rooms. I always had those little ear buds that came with my phone but it is so difficult sometimes to put them on and somehow try to balance by phone while it's connected to the earbuds in my ears. There have been plenty of times where I shifted a certain way and had to catch my iPhone from almost falling. Things are especially hard when you are on the elliptical because the ones at my gym only have a cup holder.

I have been searching for the perfect Bluetooth headphones. My sister has ones that wrap around her neck with a bulky flexible plastic hose type thing. That wouldn't work because I can't really fold it to put in my little bag. Then the perfect little Bluetooth Silicon Devices earphones came for me to review. It was the perfect design for me to just put into my little bag.

The Silicon Devices headphones are super easy to set up. First you just plug it in to charge it up. When it is all charged up you chose which one of the ear bud covers and ear locks work best with your size ears. They are also sweat proof so you can workout out as hard as you want without worrying that you are going to damage them.

The sound quality is amazing with the HD crystal clear sound and white noise cancellation. It also has a microphone built into the ear buds so that you can take calls while you are wearing them. The simple buttons on the ear buds also allow to adjust the volume of the music and switch tracks.
