There is nothing like listening to a good playlist when you exercise. There are just those certain songs that make you move faster and harder. I set my music playlists with slower music in the beginning to warm up and more intense and fast music as I go along. Then the last few songs are slower to cool down. I have been heading to the gym again and like I have said many times I like to go in and out. I don't carry much with me because I don't want to go to the locker rooms.
