Diet-To-Go Makes Dieting Easy

When I first started my weight loss journey I started planning my meals and buying tons of produce. I wanted to make sure I always had good ingredients on hand to make healthy meals. It was hard to make 3 different meals 3 times a day. I had to cook a separate meal for my husband, toddler and myself. I started falling behind on meals and letting my produce spoil.

Diet-To-Go came to the rescue on a particularly busy month for me. When I got notified that I was picked to try out a week of meals I had to decide between the low fat, low carb or the vegetarian plan. I picked the low carb plan since I have had my most success when cutting out bad carbs.

While I waited for my shipment to come I got familiar with the Diet-To-Go app. The app is your go to for everything that goes along with your weight loss journey. After you enter all your personal information it makes it easy for you to keep track of your weight, calories eaten, exercise and steps completed and your water intake.

You can also manage your meals, put a hold to your plan and switch out meals. It is easy to add the meals you have eaten that day to keep track of your calories.

I also love that you can write on discussion forums to ask questions to experts and get support from others on a weight loss journey too.

My package came in a huge cooler with dry ice. I got 21 different meals to have 3 meals a day for a whole week. I was amazed at how nicely everything was packed and how cold and still frozen the meals were. I was worried about having space for everything in my small freezer but to my surprise everything fit nicely.

The first day I started I was a bit skeptical about how good the meals would be. When I started diets before I would always stock up on frozen diet meals that didn't taste good, were too bland and left me hungry. Diet-To-Go meals were the complete opposite. The meals were so good and flavorful. Every meal was hearty enough to keep me satisfied  until my next meals. It was nice to try different things like wasabi catfish and three cheese quiche.

The ordering process is super simple. All you have to do is pick one of the three plans and wait for your shipment. You can also swap out dishes you are not interested in. Check out Diet-Go-Diet and their great meals at: http://diettogo.com,

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. That app is pretty great! I used to check webmd website to calculate my calories every day. Right now I don't feel like really dieting so I just make sure that I don't take a lot of fatty and unhealthy food and I'll be alright.

  2. It's great to see an app as well as the delivered food. A complete solution. I think I'm too picky about food to rely on something being delivered in case I didn't like it.
