Pineapple Coconut Smoothie with Paradise Coconut Oil

I have been using coconut oil for over 2 years now. I first used it to cure my daughter's cradle cap. I have used it on my hair, nails and on my skin. Since starting my weight loss journey I have used it in place of some of the oil I use in cooking.

Everyday I find more and more reasons why coconut oil is good for you:
  • It helps with metabolism
  • Smooths and softens skin
  • Helps healthy liver function
  • Natural Appetite suppressant
  • Promotes cardiovascular health
  • ...and much more!
My favorite way to use coconut oil is to give my smoothies a nice rich and satisfying coconut flavor.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup light coconut milk (frozen into ice cubes)
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tblsp Paradise Coconut Oil
  • 4-6 drops liquid stevia (optional)
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.

I love using Paradise Coconut Oil from TheraVita because it is USDA certified organic and is made of 100% coconut oil with NO artificial ingredients or fillers. They even care about the environment by using coconut husks, shells and old coconut trees to power their factory in place of Diesel fuel. You can order your own Paradise Coconut Oil on Amazon.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
