Weight Loss Journey: 33 Weeks In!

Weight: I gained 3 pounds for an adjusted total of 52.4. My dad was in the hospital all week after having an unexpected major surgery so it was hard for me to stay focused. He is doing good and will be released tomorrow so I have no excuse not to do better this week.

Nutrition: I tried eating right in the beginning of the week and made some great salads. Then being away from home and in the hospital I ate out a lot and I didn't make the healthiest choices. I have to learn how to eat right even when I am occupied with something else.

Exercise: I didn't have time to go to the gym but I walked a lot! I think I walked the most this week since starting my weight loss journey. I surpassed my daily step goal by at least 1500 steps everyday and even doubled my step goal one day. Walking just helped me meditate and clear my mind.

Last Weeks Goals: (No Goals Met)
  • Gym or DVD 3 times
  • Strength training 3 times
  • Be aware of calories and water intake
  • Continue vitamins and probiotics
  • Try a healthy dessert

  9. Great job! Keep up the good work! I did really good for a few weeks exercising after my baby was born in July but I've been so busy canning and getting things ready for the fall/winter that I haven't been exercising for the past week. I need to do better. Thanks for the motivation.
