I stuck to my plan again without any cheats or any temptation. I planned my whole week and did a lot of food shopping to have my keto fridge and pantry full. I cooked a lot of my favorite keto meals and have even experimented with keto chicken tenders and broccoli with cheese sauce. Everything tastes so good to me on keto that cheating is not even on my mind. Saturday it was my niece's birthday and it was time to put my willpower to test. There was pizza, soda, cookies, pastries and cupcakes right in my face for hours. Family and friends offering me carby things over and over and me giving them the same response. "I can't have that." My husband and I then ventured outside of the party venue to find something to eat. They only had a pizza place so we went in and got creative. They were super accommodating and made me a grilled chicken Caesar salad and made my husband grilled chicken and onions with cheese on top.

- Get in 8000 daily steps.
- Strength training workouts at least 4 times this week.
- Go to gym or exercise video at least 3 days this week.
- Plan a keto Christmas dinner.
