Pineapple Coconut Matcha Yogurt Pops

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

As the weather is getting nice and warm I decided to take out my pop maker and create a healthy tropical pop with some matcha in it.

I love matcha because of the many health benefits. It is high in antioxidant, helps with your complexion and is said to be a metabolism booster. I have tried green tea matcha so I was super curious when I got to try the White Matcha from Red Leaf Tea. White Matcha is a lot milder in taste and has sort of a floral taste. If you don't like the grassy-ness strong taste of green matcha you may like the taste of the White Matcha better.

Pineapple Coconut Matcha Yogurt Pops
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp White Matcha
  • 1 cup almond coconut milk (you can also use coconut milk)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pineapple
  • 1 tblsp coconut oil
  • 6 drops of liquid Stevia (you can also use honey or agave nectar to your taste)

  1. Boil water. Place matcha into a mug and pour boiling water over  and mix well.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a small blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Carefully pour into pop maker and freeze.
Makes 8 pops.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

You can also use the white matcha in a yummy latte! Just boil 1/4 cup of water. Add 1 tsp of white match to a mug. Pour water over. Heat up some almond milk and pour into mug with matcha water. Stir and enjoy.

    1. I haven't noticed a huge boost in energy while drinking it. I do feel less hungry and tend to lose more weight when I do drink it.
