Being a stay at home mom to an active toddler I always have to keep my eye on her while trying to cook three healthy meals a day. I always try to keep one hand clean when I am cooking especially when I am working with meat or breading things like my Buffalo "Chicken" Nuggets to save time. That becomes impossible when I used to take out my old pepper grinder that needed two hands to turn. I used to have to clean my hands with soap to crack the pepper then have to go back to what I was working with then clean my hands all over again. I crack my own pepper because I think it tastes so much better than the already ground stuff so buying it already ground is not an option. The Artesio Electric Pepper Grinder from Ozeri came to the rescue with it's easy one button function.
The Artesio Electric Pepper Grinder has a battery-powered engine that works by the simple push of a button. You choose how fine or coarse you want your pepper to be and then it grinds away. The grinder is super easy to take apart and fill. You can even use it with salt or other spices. The soft and textured non-slip grip makes it easy to hold and use. It has a cool little light so that you can precisely season your food (perfect for candlelit dinners!)
I decided to put my Artesio Electric Pepper Grinder to work by making my own fresh Lemon Pepper seasoning.
Ingredients:
- Zest of 1 lemon, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh coarsely ground peppercorns.
I used my fresh lemon pepper on top of some fresh salmon and baked it in the oven. Delicious!
You can get your own Ozeri Artesio Electric Pepper Grinder on Amazon.
What dishes do you like to add freshly ground pepper to?
