- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup light coconut milk (frozen into ice cubes)
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 1 tblsp Paradise Coconut Oil
- 4-6 drops liquid stevia (optional)
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
